Do I need an account to book flights or hotels?

No, you do not need an account. You can search and book as a guest — just provide your email and phone number at checkout. Creating an account simply makes it easier to manage your bookings.

How do I receive my booking confirmation?

After a successful booking, we send a confirmation email with your order details and booking reference. You can also access your order anytime using the link in the email.

Can I cancel or change my flight?

This depends on the fare conditions of your ticket. If your booking is refundable or changeable, you can manage it directly from your order page. Cancellation fees and change fees (if any) are displayed before you confirm.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I contact customer support?

Is WiseTravel a licensed travel company?

Can I select my preferred currency?

Yes. You can select your preferred display currency from the currency selector in the top navigation bar. Prices will be shown in your chosen currency where available.

We take data security seriously. All transactions are encrypted, personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, and we never share your information with unauthorised third parties.
