Strategic direction, global operations, airline partnerships, and corporate governance. Our leadership team sets the long-term posture of the business and signs the contracts that make our content possible.
Our team
Three continents, one team.
A small team that spans Hong Kong, London and Changsha — built around the people who care about the parts of a journey that quietly determine whether a trip feels civilised or stressful.
We are a small group on purpose. Decisions move through fewer hands; product reviews are not performances; the person who answered your support email may well be the person who shipped the fix the following morning.
Our team spans three continents, bringing together people who have spent careers in travel technology, airline distribution, hospitality, and software engineering. Some of us have spent a decade inside legacy GDS systems; others have built consumer products from scratch. The blend matters — it lets us hold both sides of a problem at once.
We work in writing more than we work in meetings, and we work on the parts of the booking experience that the larger platforms have learned to ignore.
Where the work happens.
Full-stack platform development, real-time search infrastructure, payment systems, and the API integrations that let us pull live availability from our airline partners around the clock.
European and Middle Eastern carrier relationships, regulatory and compliance work, and the business development conversations that shape what we offer travellers in EMEA.
Practices worth mentioning.
Every quarter, we read our own support transcripts before we plan the next release. Friction in the inbox tends to be friction in the product.
The same engineers who design a feature carry the pager for it. We find this keeps systems honest and incident reviews thoughtful.
We resist adding things we cannot deliver well. A smaller, well-built surface is more useful to a traveller than a long list of half-finished features.
